Positive Attitude or maybe help from St. Joseph?

Sometimes a positive attitude goes a long way in reaching your goals. Laura Giuseppetti, our longest tenured agent with over 17 years of experience at Jlawence Realty,  recently shared how a client on Fredo St. in the City of Buffalo was the most positive person she had ever met. Her client felt she would receive $250,000 for her home even though it was an optimistic figure for the neighborhood.  Low and behold, a good offer came in at that number, but it fell through.  Our client never lost faith and said it would happen again.  And it did. A second offer came in at the same price and closed. Was it her attitude that resulted in the successful closing? Was it that she let Laura do her job and trusted her? 

Or was it the St. Joseph statue that she buried near the For Sale Sign? An entire website, st-josephstatue.com, is dedicated to the practice, with a mission “to help all believers to sell their houses.”  Laura brings the the entire kit, complete with instructions, to her clients who express an interest. 

I'm not sure? Yet, it seems to me there is a connection.  I'm sure there are other behaviors that people do to help them have faith.... and to that faith, when extended to a trusted agent like Laura, will surely bear fruit.
